Coatsink is looking for a highly motivated and talented Digital Acquisition Manager to join the growing Publishing team in Sunderland, UK.

As a Digital Acquisition Manager at Coatsink, you will be responsible for all websites and digital touchpoints along with planning and executing CPM, PPC, SEM, SEO, CRM and Affiliate campaigns to generate and report on measurable ROI.

Digital Acquisition Manager


  • Monitor and manage all customer-facing websites and landing pages
  • Implementation of best practice SEO on all digital touchpoints
  • Plan, budget and execute on paid acquisition campaigns across CPM, PPC, and Affiliate
  • Segmentation and delivery of CRM campaigns
  • Plan and execute game sales and other promotions in cooperation with Marketing Manager
  • Own and manage the digital analytics, metrics and reporting infrastructure
  • Regularly extract, filter and deliver reports from all KPI channels and revenue streams


  • Ability to work in or relocate to Sunderland, UK
  • 2+ years experience in a Digital Marketing Manager / Digital Acquisition role
  • Confident communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Digital Marketing channels and Media
  • Excellent knowledge of tracking, tag management, and retargeting tools
  • Understanding of A/B and multivariate testing techniques and measurements
  • Ability to analyze and extract useful patterns, trends and indicators to inform and influence future decision making
  • Strong project and time management skills across simultaneous projects, prioritizing accordingly
  • Excellent team skills
  • A creative mindset and a self-starter


  • Previous experience in the video games sector
  • Media / Ad inventory buying experience in the digital entertainment space
  • Experience with Google’s BigQuery (or similar solution) and SQL for raw data analysis
  • Experience with data visualization software suites
  • Knowledge of WordPress and Divi Framework or similar modular WordPress design tools
  • Comfortable with Mailchimp CRM
  • Affiliate marketing experience
